Marcvila - The Predator 6.6 is an off-road RV converted from the Light Medium Tactical Vehicles (LMTVs) utilized by the military to transport soldiers and cargo across rugged terrains across the globe. The Predator 6.6 is one of the largest and most versatile expedition vehicles available.
Hunter RMV is transforming and customizing military cargo vehicles into the most capable and affordable off-road recreational vehicles in the industry.
“
If only there were a durable off-road vehicle capable of venturing out to the middle of nowhere. That was exactly Hunter RMV founder Keith Storey’s impetus for creating the Predator 6.6. You may recognize the foundation for this vehicle if you spent any time as a ground pounder. With a history of refurbishing and selling military equipment, Keith already had exposure to plenty of capable platforms. So the light bulb moment came — why not combine the luxury of a high-end trailer with the resilience of a military chassis?

CONVERTING MORE THAN EXPEDITION VEHICLES
Nestled at the base of the Eastern Sierras near Lake Tahoe, Hunter RMV is located in Minden, Nevada. Every Hunter RMV vehicle is fabricated by the team here.
Hunter RMV builds more than expedition vehicles. We build 4-season off-road recreational vehicles that go faster, farther, and sleep more than most expedition vehicles available. Starting at under $200k, Hunter RMVs give you unprecedented value with one of the biggest, most capable vehicles in the industry. Go anywhere!
Currently, Hunter RMV offers three standard conversions on the LMTV chassis. Each conversion is tailored to your specifications and to meet your expedition needs. A typical build requires 3-6 months depending on your customizations and our waitlist. A deposit is required to reserve the next available conversion.
HUNTER RMV FOUNDER, KEITH STOREY, WANTED MORE FROM AN EXPEDITION VEHICLE. KEITH FOUND THAT HIS DIESEL PUSHER, ALTHOUGH COMFORTABLE, WAS LIMITED IN ITS ABILITY TO HANDLE ANY REMOTE SITES AND WAS UNABLE TO MANAGE REMOTE OFF-ROAD CONDITIONS.
WORSE, HE DISCOVERED THAT VEHICLES THAT COULD MAKE HIS BUCKET LIST ADVENTURES REALITY STARTED AT $400,000 AND MOST WERE UNABLE TO COMFORTABLY SLEEP HIS FAMILY OF THREE, AS MOST ARE SET UP FOR A COUPLE.
Keith decided to build a custom extreme expedition vehicle that could take him, and his family, on trips with few limitations comfortably, easily, and affordably.
The first Hunter RMV prototype, “The Beast,” became a reality. The Beast was built on an M939 6×6 military vehicle chassis. Keith knew that if a
vehicle was rugged enough for our troops, it would be more than capable of meeting his remote needs. Moreover, locating and commandeering military vehicles provided exceptional value while giving Keith the biggest, baddest expedition vehicle in the industry.
The prototype gave Hunter RMV more than they expected. Keith wanted even more. Hunter RMV now utilizes the proven LMTV military cargo vehicle chassis. With over 20,000 manufactured, the LMTV provides a better driving experience, is easier to manage and navigate, and has modern controls and features that the M939 simply does not offer.
